A. You can place your order by visiting our Cat Playground page. You can click the "Place an Order" button of the product of your interest where a modal dialog with a form will pop up so that you can start placing and confirming your order. Please select Ship-to to view Delivery Cost that comes with the order.

A. Once your payment is successful, you will be prompted with tje Successful Order Status page and an e-mail with your payment receipt will also be sent to you. You can also check your order by clicking "Your Order" on top navigation bar of this website. Kindly check your order with your BillPlz Bill ID which can be found in your payment receipt sent to your e-mail.

A. Once your order has been accepted, we will start making your order and fullfil it within 21-45 days. This does not include delivery time frame. If you are ordering internationally, delivery time frame is within 30-100 days depending on your location as we will ship your order via surface mail. For local customers, order will normally be delivered the next day once it has been processed and fullfilled.

A. We accept orders through our website. Should you experience an issue with placing an order through our website, please feel free to contact us to place your order via our sales representative. Alternatively you may also place your order via WhatsApp. However, coupon discounts can only be redeemed via our website.

A. If you are planning to buy more than one unit, kindly contact us for pricing as delivery cost will be best combined for multiple items.

A. For local customers, we accept payments via FPX Online Banking. For international orders, you can pay with your debit/credit cards via PayPal. Our payment service backend is provided by a local company Billplz Sdn Bhd.

A. Yes. Totally safe. Our payment method with FPX Online Banking is via respective local banks and payment by cards are provided by PayPal. You will not need to have an account with PayPal to pay with this method.

A. No, you cannot cancel your order once your payment has been accepted.

A. You can pay directly to our bank account if you are unable to pay via online methods. Simply place an order and complete it with your payment to:-

Kindly update with us your proof of payment with the BillPlz ID on the receipt sent to your e-mail.

Shipping & Delivery

A. For local orders, every order will be delivered by our local runner. Availability will be subject to runner's schedule. We will usually send out orders to local customers during the weekend. Upon getting your order ready, we will contact you to confirm your availability to accept your order when it is ready to deliver.

A. Yes you can. Simply let us know if you wish to collect your order at our workshop. We strongly suggest that you transport your order with appropriate vehicle to ensure the safety of your order. We cannot give you a guarantee if your order is broken while being transported. For Cat Tree, we recommend 4W or 1-tonne lorry as it is huge and heavy.

A. We will use surface mail service since it is cost effective. However, please take note this service may take up to 30-60 days to deliver. You will be provided with tracking number to track your order once it is ready to ship.

A. Yes you can. Simply contact us for best quotation.

A. For international shipping (including shipment to East Malaysia), charges are usually based on volumetric weight so for certain economic express, the costs would be high and not reasonable to ship with. Therefore we think it is best to ship via surface mail courier so that you can enjoy lower shipping cost.
